お見積り

お問い合わせ内容をもとに、製品構成・オプション・配送・設置を含めたお見積りを作成します。用途やご要望に応じて、最適な構成をご提案します。

Based on your inquiry, we will prepare a quotation including the product configuration, available options, delivery, and installation. We will propose the most suitable system according to your intended use and requirements.

お打ち合わせ

お見積り内容をベースに、仕様・納期・設置条件などを確認します。必要に応じてヒアリングを行い、細部を調整していきます。

Based on the quotation, we will confirm the specifications, delivery schedule, and installation requirements. If necessary, we will conduct additional consultations and refine the details accordingly.

最終確認・契約

内容が確定次第、ご注文内容の最終確認を行います。確認後、正式なご契約となります。

Once the details are finalized, we will proceed with a final review of your order. Upon confirmation, the agreement will be formally concluded.

お支払い方法について

購入規約同意のご署名を確認後、支払い方法を選択して頂きます。支払い方法を選択して頂いた後、請求書をお送り致します。

After we confirm your signature agreeing to the purchase terms, you will be asked to select a payment method. Once the payment method has been selected, an invoice will be issued.

生産開始

銀行振込・クレジットカードをご利用の場合は、 ご入金確認後に生産を開始します。分割ローン・リースをご利用の場合は、 審査完了後に生産を開始します。生産期間は内容により異なりますが、 約1〜3ヶ月が目安となります。※在庫がある場合は2週間前後です。

For bank transfers and credit card payments, production will begin upon confirmation of payment. For installment loans and leasing, production will begin after the completion of the screening process. Production time varies depending on the specifications, but is typically estimated at approximately 1 to 3 months. If the item is in stock, delivery can be expected in approximately two weeks.

進捗状況のご報告

生産開始から納品までの進捗を、随時確認できる体制を整えています。工程ごとの状況が把握できるため、リードタイムを見通した計画が可能です。納品可能日が近づいた段階で、ご希望日を確認し、最適な納品日を確定します。

We provide a system that allows you to monitor progress at each stage, from the start of production through to delivery. This enables clear visibility of the process and supports accurate planning based on lead times. As the delivery date approaches, we will confirm your preferred schedule and finalize the most suitable delivery date.

後払い金のお支払い

銀行振込（2回支払い）クレジットカード（2回支払い）を選択された方のみ納品日確定後、残金7割の請求書をお送りいたしますので、後払い金のお支払いをお願いします。

For customers who have selected bank transfer (two payments) or credit card (two payments), an invoice for the remaining 70% balance will be issued after the delivery date has been finalized. Please complete the payment upon receipt of the invoice.

納品 / 保証 / メンテナンス

納品・設置は、専門スタッフが対応します。納品後も、保証・メンテナンス体制を整え、安心してご使用頂ける環境をサポートします。

Delivery and installation will be carried out by our specialized staff. After delivery, we provide a comprehensive warranty and maintenance program to ensure long-term reliability and peace of mind.
